Check in took an hour and a half. The instructions were not clear, did not have the correct names for security, messaging with the host was no help, and someone else parked in the reserved space. After all that the unit door lock was broken and the door could not lock. The host told me housekeeping could operate the lock normally which was BS. Mechanically it was missing a part and there is no way it could work. The host arranged a service call to repair it two days later and without notification.

It is a dirty apartment, small insects in the kitchen, uncomfortable chairs and beds.

The pictures were accurate but the property Was in such a bad condition, there were dents in the walls and blinds were missing and there was so many things stacked in the storage. All of that could’ve been ignored but the biggest issue was that there were COCKROACHES all over the apartment and there was soooo many on all surfaces. I contacted the management and at first they were unresponsive but then they sent a person to fix the issues. They fixed most things but they said the we did pest control and the bugs will go away. But I stayed two weeks and the bugs stayed and we had to constantly kill them, they would get in our food and on our beds. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Hello Humna, Please requires a little correction here but after investigating this situation i've come to know that You and your group of people had slight confusion and stayed at the wrong unit, This is a newly renovated unit there might be the other unit of which we are not responsible.This was clearly communicated to your partner. You occupied two units. You were informed that this is not your unit. I understand due to proximity of two units there can be confusion but we mentioned it to you very explicitly. We appreciate feedback & very open to our areas of improvement but this is confusion on your part.

AVOID... Never again, Condo was cockroach infested, lots of damage everywhere, many broken items most lights didn't work. Parking instructions were incorrect. Great location and building has lots of potential, but do not recommend at all! Host said they would return some money for the inconvenience of cockroaches, but never did, so dishonest too. Inconvenience... Funny guy, some people don't mind living with cockroaches apparently.

We tried reaching out to you several times even after to bring this to your attention that the unit was closed down & a thorough pesticide maintenance was carried out. i understand you might have encountered 1 or 2 bugs. But rest assured property has been reinvented after proper treatment.

The property was very nice, the only down fall was the hot tub down in the pool area was closed for maintenance and that was one of the big things we decided on this place because our daughter was involved in a serious accident last year and she is now a quadriplegic and the hot tub is the only thing that would be warm enough for her go into as the water has to be over 85 degrees or she can have serious issues and the pool was too cold.

Still in construction, workers start working at 6 am with no respect for the people living there.
