This western red cedar, 2 storey cottage is nestled amongst established gardens, full of colour and character, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, in a quiet location, only moments from Torquay’s main beaches, shopping precincts, parks, bowls club and beaches, all within an easy walking distance.

Getting Around:
On and off-street parking available. This house is within walking distance to Taylor Park, beaches and the main street shops and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Torquay main beach, and the world famous Bells Beach.
Take a walk to beautiful Fisherman’s Beach, via Taylor Park reserve at the end of the street.
