Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient. Apart from this, the apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a large fridge and plenty of storage. The only issue was that the extractor hood was not working. The location is excellent. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few steps away. Most importantly for us, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for our pilgrimage. TIP FOR DRIVERS: Park at Parking Plaza España / Puerta Cinegia. Vehicle entrance: C. del Coso, 45, Zaragoza. It is very close to the apartment. I recommend driving directly there instead of trying to access the apartment by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. ❤️

The main issue with this hotel is that the street where it is located is undergoing major construction work. It is very difficult to walk around, and taxis cannot reach the hotel. On one of the days of my stay, both the electricity and water were cut off. They managed to restore electricity using a generator, but there was still no running water. The elevator was also out of service, so I had to carry my suitcase down five flights of stairs without any help from the staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until the construction work is complete, which I don’t think will happen before spring 2027. The whole area is quite chaotic right now, making it a very inconvenient place to stay.

Best location. Spacious and modern apartment. Great stay.
