The accommodation features a modern open-plan kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, and two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, has direct access to a pleasant terrace of approximately 10 m² with outdoor furniture, from which guests can enjoy views of the neighborhood’s green area and the sea in the background. Guests can also enjoy the communal area with swimming pool, open from Easter until the end of October, as well as a private parking space with storage room, all included in the rental price.
