The holiday apartment 'Penthouse with Terrace' in Torrevieja, near the promenade, is the ideal accommodation for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your loved ones or to work comfortably. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms each with a 135 cm bed, a toilet, and a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to six people. Additionally, you have a terrace of approximately 18 m² with a swing, a dining table, and plants, which will make you feel at home. Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), two air conditioning and heating units (located in the living room and the main bedroom), two ceiling fans (in two bedrooms), a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A cot is also available on request, as well as built-in wardrobes.



The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the bus station and 5 minutes from the swimming area known as natural pools. Restaurants, leisure options, and everything you need to enjoy your stay are very close by.
