Stunning apartment, designed to a high standard to offer a luxurious experience right in front of the beach. The views are simply breathtaking. Through a double glazed large window is an access to a spacious covered terrace with two sun loungers and outside table to fully enjoy the outside space and the amazing sea views. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms each with two beds pushed together creating a king size bed for more comfort. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath tub with a combination of a shower and bide. This south-east-facing bedroom has built in wardrobes and enjoys an access to the same large terrace as the living room. The second bedroom is north-east-facing and also has built-in wardrobe and a side terrace. Another separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. A rare feature is a central heating / cooling system throughout, clean and quiet. The rooms and living room also have modern style, electric ceiling fans.

The urbanization is a safe and gated community with spectacular and maintained gardens.In the summer months the residents and guests can enjoy a large outdoor community pool from 01/07 to 15/09 only. The apartment has one parking space in the communal garage and plenty of parking outside the urbanization.

Just a few steps away one can find itself on the beach and its fabulous beach restaurant open all year round.
