Casablanca City Center6 nights4.0 star property7.8/10 - Good (20 reviews)"Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Toulal Hotel Deals
"Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests. Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in. My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep. After 20 minutes the odor became stronger. I requested room change before gas poisoning. First run there gave me was small, damp, and moldy. I refused to take it. They finally...
"Clean room and staff"
"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."
"it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience"
