Shame about the bathroom
The only thing that lets down the apartment is the bathroom and it wouldn't take much to improve it. The toilet seat is only held on by one hinge The shower fixture is broken And worst of all the lethal corner on the left hand bottom side of the cover for the water tank. The electrical socket in the bedroom nearest the bathroom is not fitted to the wall and therefore unsafe.
