Very nice single storey cottage of 70 m2 for 4 to 6 people fully equipped, comfortable and very bright located in an agricultural area surrounded by vineyards.

Description:
• two bedrooms with double bed 140,
• a bathroom with shower / wc,
• a living room with sofa bed,
• an equipped kitchen opened on the stay,
• two terraces, two different exhibitions, one covered and the other with panoramic views of the vineyards.

Equipment :
• kitchen: oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen utensils and dishes,
• outdoor: deckchairs, garden furniture, above ground pool of 4m diameter and 1,20m high, ideal for cooling off,
• other: baby high chair, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, TV, air conditioning,
• On request: charcoal barbecue, petanque balls, baby cot, hair dryer.
