Upon entering the home, you will be wowed by the fully-loaded great room, complete with a flatscreen TV, electric fireplace, designer furniture and views of the waterfront landscape. The gourmet kitchen has luxury appliances, a breakfast bar, a dining table for 8 and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Before heading upstairs, check out the private office, which doubles as another bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa, located off the main entryway. The home has two ensuite bedrooms: one on the main floor, with its own sliding door to the rear deck, and the other on the 2nd floor, with its own private office and sitting room. There are two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor which share a bathroom and a bunk room on the lower level. All the bedrooms have views of the backyard and the Bay. Also located on the lower level is a decked-out game room (Pop-a-shot basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball table, and a card table) and full bath.
