Just 15 minutes north of Bonham, and nestled between Lake Bonham and the newly constructed Bois D’ Arc Lake, you are only minutes from shopping, dining and recreation. Built in 2021, the space is a 750 sq ft farmhouse style studio perfect for couples, or a couple with a small child. Beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and antique furnishings take you back in time. Located off a quiet farm road the location is great for relaxing or access to Bois D'Arc lake. The farm road is good for long walks and the guest house porch is great for relaxing. Don’t hesitate in renting this beauty. We stayed in this little piece of heaven for 10 days while preparing for our daughters wedding. The studio was perfect and met all our needs.
