The first few days the TVs in the entire hotel were not functioning. Then wifi had an issue but that only lasted a few hours. The included breakfast was basic with eggs and bread but good enough to energize you. I must admit the constant slamming of doors was an issue because it was loud"Reviewed November 4, 2026Roundtrip • New York (JFK) - Florence (FLR)JFK - FLR • 2 stops FLR - JFK • 1 stop$1,338$966found 6 hours agoper traveler - Aurum Uffizi

Trappola Hotel Deals
"I always stay here when in town. The staff are lovely. The hotel is cozy. And the breakfast is the best you will find!"
Boutique Hotel Fox's Inn
Boutique Hotel Fox's Inn"Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere."
"Beautiful room and property well located a short walk to the centre of town. Beautiful grounds and pool. Great breakfast offered each morning. Very easy parking with an overflow lot located across the street."
"The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "
"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "
"Bed was hard as a rock. It is a bit remote but we loved it. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding property. We loved the pool and the on site restaurant. We did a day of horseback riding and it was a highlight of our trip."
