Beach Town Escape - COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND GORGEOUS! WALK TO LAKE AND BEACH!

Cottage in Frankfort with kitchen and patio
Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! This vacation rental cottage has 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 1 bathroom (which is downstairs), and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has a completely renovated modern kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances! There is a small 4-person dining table in the kitchen as well. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It also has air-conditioning, which is rare for the area! (Note that the air-conditoning is via window-mounted room air conditioners, not via a central air conditioner.)

​The cottage also has a large front yard and a large backyard, which work great in terms of a place for kids to play and for adults to relax. The cottage has a new backyard deck behind the house. The deck has outdoor dining furniture on it and there is a charcoal grill next to the deck for grilling. There is a fun tire swing in the front yard for playing with the kids during the day and also a fire ring in the backyard for bonfires and s'mores in the evening!
Air-conditioned accommodations at this cottage offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers.

Perfect Up North Getaway
This is a great little place just minutes away from downtown Frankfort. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and was very well kept and cozy. We really enjoy the Frankfort community especially during the winter as it is close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and a number of hiking trails. When in the area, will definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!
We stayed at the house between Christmas and New Years - leaving before the weekend. There had been a recent snow before we arrived and the deck had been cleared for us before we arrived. So grateful! The house was charming, everything we needed for a nice reset before the New year!
