The air conditioner is as not working, the WiFi only worked at the pool. Tv did not work and the pool was too dirty and the hot tub was way too hot burned my self. I do not recommend it. Save your money and trip it’s very deep in the woods

The water was switched off so couldn't have a shower or use the toilet in our room. No breakfast facilities. Nobody could speak English. Also prevented from entering the hotel by a police squad because an accused murderer (El Diablo) and his accomplice (Texas) were being arrested, who were both staying on the top floor. The WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life!

"Clean room, staff so so. If I would know they going to charge for processing fees I would pay when I did the reservation. Didn't gave us discount for tercera edad when we asked. Wasn't very helpful 😕"
