The front desk was extremely accommodating and responsive. All staff, whether it be serving as a tour guide, recommending a hiking trail, or serving drinks, showed the utmost pleasure in their work. We cannot recommend this property high enough!

Our stay at the Swiftwater was absolutely phenomenal! We booked the 21+ suite with King bed. Entering the suite it was superbly cleaned/fresh and had all the amenities we could have desired. The kitchen area equipped with a built-in bar was a great addition and the decor and interior brought much warmth. The living room/dining area was comfortable and we enjoyed the smart apple tvs. Our bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower, his/hers sinks & bath tub. The staff was very courteous, and welcoming. They were attentive to all of our needs and ensured our stay was exceptional. My partner and I loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool which was open till 10pm with past 5pm being adults only. It was one of the highlights of the hotel and we also were able to get drinks by the pool area while relaxing. The Swiftwater was conveniently located close (~10 mins) to Camelback Resort for skiing. Despite such a great stay at the Swiftwater, the only critique would be having better access to food. On Monday the day we were checked in, we were told the in-house restaurant (The Olivet) did not do room service on Mondays, and neither did the adjoining restaurant Desaki. It also seemed the restaurants around the area had an early closing time, most closed by 10pm. The rest of the week, room service was allowed closing by 10pm or until last service call earlier. The food/service at the Olivet was great. And the sushi from Desaki delicious. Loved our stay!

Nice place to stay. Recommended and good attention.

Cons: Not a lot of sit down dining options near by. The deck area in the unit both front and back are in need of tlc. The ac system is convaluted. Mattresses could be better. Nice that they offered a pellet grill and bbq but the pellet grill is disgusting. Outdoor area needs a good cleaning. There is enough space for king mattresses, queens were tiny. Stove is a cooktop and takes longer than normal to boil water. The pool is basic and closes very early. Pros: All appliances are new and in great shape. Adjustable base bed in one room. Decent wifi for gaming. All tvs are new. Unit looks very close to like in its photos.

Everything about this property was above and beyond our expectations!! Tons of space for everyone - the bottom level was perfect for the girls to ‘get away’ from the adults!! Waking up to the snow on Sunday morning was an added bonus! We will be back for sure!!
