"This is the best hotel in Trincomalee. The staff are the loveliest, kindest staff, and they made our time there feel like home. The food is a choice of traditional Sri Lankan food as well as European/US, but they even made us egg hoppers on request.... Its that we're not on the menu. So I cannot praise them highly enough. We will return here. "

The beach area is accessed via a short alleyway & if you ask at reception, they will put an umbrella up by the sun loungers for you. "Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."

"This the worst hotel we have stayed in that we have booked through Hotels.com. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. We must thank hotels.com for sorting that out for us. They dealt with our complaints very professionally. We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned. The glasses still had water in them. The shower only had trickle of water and that was cold. The plug in the sink had a hole in...
