"I want to first say we had fun in Sardinia. BUT a few things…. When first pulling up you might wonder if it’s safe…. Entering from an unkept bumpy dirt road into a parking lot with trash and a lot of buildings looking kinda run down. Inside the apartment was small but cute. We were “upgraded” to a room with a view - which was nice but we weren’t there to be in the room and the pool was now a detoured roundabout walk I stead of being right out the door. "Hi, we stayed at this property for 8 nights. We rented one bedroom comfort apartment with sea view and we 've got two bedrooms apartment with balcony but with NO sea view. The guy from agency was ok and he understood that we had a delay on our flight with 2h 30 minutes so we arrived at the property later than we mentioned. The agent was a nice guy as we called him when we arrived at the apartment (2AM). He gave us the keys and said to come back next day to the reception for checking in. Second...

"We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It was clean and well equipped. The owners were really helpful with check in and directions from the airport and making sure we had a great stay. The views are stunning and watching the sunset from the balcony was certainly a holiday highlight. The pizzeria in town was great but we found we needed to drive to nearby towns for other restaurants hence not giving a 5* to the location too. Lots of nearby sandy beaches if you have a car - the sea was crystal...

"The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Parking is just down below, the whole area was quiet, and there were no issues with wifi. Everything was functional and we appreciated the beach umbrella, washing machine, large, comfortable sofa bed for our teenagers, closeness to the beach and the massive pool right outside, which didn't actually get too busy. The shower cubicle, while clean, is the smallest we've ever seen, one could barely turn around in there. It also drained so poorly...

"A very good startingpoint of your vaccation. A village up in the hills of the westcoast. Close to very much to see and experience of beutiful Sardinia. Supermarket with everything you need in a short walk. A bar/cafe, pzzeria, and a restaurant close to the small complex. The village dont have very much else to offer, but its enough for wonderful vaccation. The pool was good an a extra plus for the barbecue outside."

"Check in nur via WhatsApp. Keine Einweisung, keine Infos. Bei Problemen war zuerst Selbsthilfe angesagt. Für zwei Tage war das Wasser ausgefallen. Hilfe und Info durch die Agentur war sehr mager. Betten sehr unbequem. 60 sehr unbequeme Stufen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, teilweise zugewachsen und durch Blüten und kothaufen der Wildschweine blöd zu gehen. Wildschweine die dann jeden Abend auf den Terrasse Hallo sagen. Klima, Wlan und moskitonetze nicht vorhanden, bei den Temperaturen im Sommer...

Charming Boutique Villa with amazing garden and private pool

"Excellent location overlooking all of Costa Paradiso. The property and garden are private and very quiet both day and night. Property very well furnished and was home-from-home for our needs. Delightful pool which has direct sun throughout the day. Car essential for getting to and from sites of interest. Birgit responded very promptly to our settling in questions. No hesitation in recommending this villa. "

"L'emplacement, la vue et la piscine sont à couper le souffle. Rina, la gérante, est très sympathique et efficace. La propriété est divisée en 3 appartements partageant une piscine. Nous étions 13 et cette configuration a bien fonctionné. Les salles de bain sont le point faible de cette maison car très étroite. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine."

"Lovely view from apartment balcony, but this apartment and its shared pool area are very tired and in need of some refurbishment almost everywhere you look.Special mention to Rina who could not have been more helpful, but i would struggle to recommend this particular property, although I'm sure there will be other refurbished properties across this large complex which are of higher quality."
