The village is very small, but has bars, restaurants and a small supermarket within 15 minutes walking distance. The few inhabitants in the village are friendly and open to tourists. "Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"

"We had a great stay in this lovely house in Cobena. The views were breathtaking. We enjoyed a number of interesting walks in the area, including the walk to Potes via Castro Cillorgio. Another good walk was a circular route from Brez. We also did part of the Compestello walk from Tama to the monastery of San Toribio.
