What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner. The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!

This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

Overall, this is an average 4-star hotel that offers all the essential amenities. However, a few aspects could be improved to enhance the guest experience. One inconvenience is the absence of a hotel bar or lounge service outside of breakfast hours, which makes it hard to enjoy a coffee or a drink on-site during the day or evening. The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, with visible mold stains near the sink and around certain areas. The shower is poorly sealed, causing significant water leakage—enough that it can reach outside the bathroom and even the room. Breakfast is generally satisfactory, with a nice selection of pastries, croissants, and cakes for those who enjoy a traditional Italian breakfast. Positives: staff both Bar (Hector and Grace) and front of house, Pool and garden Negatives: Room was smaller than normal, location is a good 2km from centre of Barri. Bathroom was small with insufficent lights and non working extractor fan. Room was attached to family room so was noisy when room was used by families. Food was o.k. but not at the level expected of a 4 star. Suspect that food is preprepared as unable to deviate at all.

The location is beautiful. Our room size, balcony and view was great. We had the suite. Front desk was attentive. This hotel can be turned into a beautiful and unique resort with a little investment. Decor is outdated. Our air-conditioning system kept shutting down and front desk had to restart it. The fuse in the room would pop when using the hair dryer. We stayed there for 5 nights and sheets weren't changed. Breakfast was at best a 5 out of 10.
