l located in Tropic, UT near Bryce Canyon NP with nice views. Despite being near Hwy 12 and having a restaurant with live music, it’s very quiet in our unit. We have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and it’s cheaper than 2 rooms in a nearby hotel. I enjoyed the hot tub where I met a few people from very different places. I wish I had time to stay longer.
Very nice employees and good restaurant on property. Room was a bit small and no coffee maker, though there were coffee and tea available in office. Very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Property is old and needs updating.
We were given a room in a house in the back of the property.
Room was drafty due to poor main door closure; bathroom door handle broken.
WiFi was poor and there were not enough outlets to plug in electronics for a family.
Staff is kind and coffee/tea provided.
Restaurant on property (Showdowns) was excellent.
About 15-20 min drive to Bryce NP.

The porchlight would not turn off. The shower is cheap with water that leaks out all over the floor and the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser was broken. There was a dead fly in our bed. The internet is very poor and there are no streaming stations (such as netflix, etc) available. But otherwise, it is a nice little place and the stars are brilliant. The Showdown restaurant is good, a little expensive, but the live music was fun. We slept okay, but the constant light from the porch made it difficult, and we were glad to be there only one night.
The grounds of this complex more than make up for the slightly small rooms. There is a fire out under spreading shade trees, two bridges over the stream, a courtyard lit at night with strung lights, and tremendous scenery in each direction. And all the staff was sincerely friendly and helpful. We plan on staying here on every return trip.
Breakfast options nearby are limited and somewhat plain. But you’re only 15 minutes from fancier restaurants near the park entrance.
Kind staff, recommendations for other hikes, local restaurant that was reasonable and good quality, western feel to hotel room and area. It is simple but well kept.
Small rooms but it's all we needed and had great beds!
Very close to Bryce Canyon. We spent three nights and it was wonderful!
We would definitely do it again!

Liked: Cleanliness
The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Great camping atmosphere!
Nice facilities and room. Everything was clean and equipped with a microwave and fridge. Only downside was the adjoining door between the two cabins. The door needs to be thicker and weather stripped. We could hear the loud conversation of our neighbors as well as their TV program. Luckily, they weren’t up too late into the night.
We loved the country music that was next door at Showdowns. Sad the hot tub was unavailable.
It’s a well maintained, older property. Not fancy but clean and nice. The rooms were clean and had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if passing through.
Great location, not too far from the park, pretty quiet and The staff was friendly and great. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Bryce Canyon
Loved the cabins - clean, and well kept. The property was so cute, lots of things to do and very well kept. LOVED walking down to the little restaurant for love music, dinner and a drink! :)
We had 4 adults stay in a room for 4, however, the beds were standard old style double beds, which are pretty cramped for 6'2" 195 lbs and 125 lb wife. That said, the room was very clean, cute in style, fun region for a vacation, good shower, clean.
Our wastebaskets were to small for our needs. We had to empty them daily. Only 1 wastebasket bag was provided. Loved the in-shower toiletries. The pull-out bed mattress was terrible! An upgrade on that is needed for customer ability to sleep. Tiffany at check-in was very sweet and helpful.
The room was small but clean and adequate with all the necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful in both the inn and the restaurant. The “s’mores “ desert was fun. In spite of a full house it was quiet. Its not a luxury resort, but fun.
Clean, comfortable room. Great setting with restaurant next door that had good food and live music in the evening. A couple of outdoor fire pits with seating where we relaxed after dinner and chatted with nice people visiting from all over the world. It was great!
friendly helpful staff
property have the cozy nice warm feel but I wouldn't recommend it with a heavy tall set individual due to small room and shower area you will feel cramped
clise enough 15 mins drive to Bryce Cyn and vicinity
