LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban."Reviewed October 14, 2026Roundtrip • New York (NYC) - Larnaca (LCA)JFK - LCA • 1 stop LCA - JFK • 1 stop$2,645$2,335found 18 hours agoper traveler - Best Western Plus Larco Hotel

Troulli Hotel Deals
"A terrible stay. So shameful, we escaped and checked out after the first half an hour because of how dirty the place was. Very badly maintained, very unclean, mild everywhere, cockroaches were all around the property, sheets were dirty, staff not very kind!"
"A clean and spacious room with a lovely private terrace that has comfortable sofas, tables and sun beds for relaxing. The food at the restaurants and room service was delicious with reasonable prices. Extremely helpful and polite staff. We would definitely return!"
"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been very happy with the hotel and the staff"
"Enjoyed the spacious hotel next to the beach. Lovely breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool and tennis courts"
"We ended up needing a hotel for a few nights while in the area. Its was very budget friendly and very clean. Roof top pool was excellent and also area and pool very clean. Breakfast is also budget friendly and served us well. Its not a resort to spend you time in really but as a base to travel from parking was easy and cost was affordable."
