    Friendcation 2020
Great house, big yard. Open living / dining room allowed for all 20 to be in one place. Ample storage for food (2 refrigerators + large pantry). All adults had their own rooms and the 3rd floor was a perfect “kids room”. Michael was great and even texted part way through our stay to make sure everything was good. We would definitely rent again.

    Perfect Family Getaway
We wanted a place to get away where the kids could play outside and the adults could relax, where it was quiet, peaceful, and had plenty of room to stretch out. This was the perfect place for my kids to make summer memories with their cousins. We played board games, whiffle ball, catch, explored down by the river, saw deer, walked down to the swimming hole, and kept marveling at the view of Mt. Adams and how wonderful it was to fall asleep to the sound of the river. It was clean and spacious, and was well stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and I cannot recommend this spot enough. If you're on the fence about going, do it -- you won't regret it.

    Beautiful Serene Spacious
We held a meditation retreat at this house and it was perfect! The house was immaculately kept and there were enough beds for all 13 guests. The property is a wild river that wraps around two sides of the house and a horse pasture in the front. It felt private enough without being too far away from a convenience store. Michael was accommodating, warm, and incredibly accessible. I give this place 5 stars!

    5/5 Excellent

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing!
I did want to note that with no shoes the fire place stones need a pad or some color: we often ran out toes into it and my husband bruised his toe badly. The area runs up stairs lift up and pose a trip hazard. Fortunately my elderly parents had the floor level bedroom. Very beatufil and we enjoyed our stay.

    5/5 Excellent

Best "winter" trip of the year
Michael and this property were top notch! The entire place was beautifully situated in an gorgeous valley, the place was definitely cared for and well looked after and the owner was easy to talk with, super friendly, and had the most adorable puppy. The rooms were well groomed, all the amenities functioned flawlessly, and our weekend retreat for thirteen people went without a hitch. Thank you, Michael for making this year memorable!!
