"The staff at the bar and breakfast were very helpful. The housekeeper missed our room and we found used coffee pods in our coffee maker. We spoke to the front desk to get new coffee pods and our room made up. She messaged housekeeping and they never came to fix the problem. There was no follow up. Also the front desk staff did not inform us of the cost for parking. We love Embassy Suites usually but this experience was not as expected."
