The room i booked was a king bed the TV didn't work so the lady moved us rooms. The next room was a full size bed. The refrigerator wasn't working and food left from last guest in refrigerator and was melted and gross.

This hotel doesn't have a functioning elevator and they wanted us to walk up 3 flights of stairs without help with our luggage so he just put us on the 1st floor, Our TV didn't work, my husband noticed the USB in the back was broken, when asked for one to fix it, they gave us a key to another room to rip theirs out of the TV to use for ours so now that room doesn't have a functioning TV, and being on the 1st floor they do their laundry and all you hear is banging from the dryer vibrating our walls, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Smelled like cigarettes, pics online are deceiving. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was very dirty. The halls smelled like smoke and urine. The side door to get in was broken. The elevator was broken. We ended up leaving and getting our money back.

Room was clean , but elevator broke down ice machine on my floor out of order, vending machine out of order. Was so very noisy. Staff was very nice . Wasn’t worth the 210 dollars I paid to sleep there.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Detroit this past weekend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself needed better attention to detail. The headboard had spills and stains and we had trouble getting the fridge to work properly. Overall, the customer service was great, but the room conditions could definitely be improved.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered a free shuttle, drive was awesome. Only downside was the elevator was down and we were on the third floor, the bed was very firm, and there was a weird buzzing. Overall though I would still recommend.
