Not really clean! In the night outside under my room always a couple was fighting in the middle of the night!! Around 2,3 am, bathroom not really ok! Dusty was around in the room , and the microwave was missing from the room, and the elevator is broken!! I didn’t have a good experience!! About the staff the only one we saw was at reception they were friendly,!!

Staff was great! The breakfast was good! The shuttle service was fantastic. Here is what I was not happy with at over $325/night... our room was not ready when we arrived after 5pm. Check in is after 2pm. And we were told that the elevator was "down for service".. as it turns out it has been down for over a year. No one helped or even offered to help us carry our things to the third floor. Because of this, the ridiculous jacked up price, and the delay in even getting our room.. I would give it a 3 star.

The rooms were a lot smaller than pictured. I could not do anything in the bathroom unless the door was either fully opened or fully closed. The bed was just mediocre. Because of this we made sure all we did was sleep in our room. Only ate breakfast 1 time because that was horrible. Burnt sausage patty's were the worst ever. With that being said, all the staff were 100% on point. Super friendly and helpful. I would give the hotel itself a C- but the staff would get an A+.

The property is older and in need of remodel but it was clean. We did have a musty smell in my room and hallway. We also had issue with the bedding but the manager and staff had it resolved quickly.

I liked the free breakfast, the fact it has a bar in the lobby area and that they left out lemon ice water for guests ! I didn't like that when I went to use the coffee machine I found an eyelash extension in the water basin part, but it's not a big deal, I was a housekeeper a long time before so I understand things can happen.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property! The lobby is very nice, the staff was very nice and friendly. They have a bar that's not big but convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast did not have a huge selection but served the purpose. I appreciate the amenities such as a luggage cart, complimentary water and coffee all day.

Great budget stay for short term travellers! The room was very clean and linens were all soft and lovely. Best mattress I've slept on in a while as well! Do note, however, closet and drawer space is on the smaller side so if you are an over packer be prepared to live partially out of your suitcase. The greatest selling point of this property however has to be the breakfast. The continental spread is fantastic, including multiple hot and cold options, a waffle maker, toaster for easy reheating and a great selection of teas, coffee and juices. Everything is very hearty and you can easily fill up on enough to keep you satisfied through late afternoon. There are vending machines on property if you do happen to miss the breakfast window and the gas station across the road is also well stocked.
