Little Caesars Arena Tours

I booked my room 3 weeks in advance. The week of my trip Indiana went through a natural disaster, we had severe flash flooding, many tornado warnings, and extreme thunderstorms. I tried to contact Trumbull and Porter 3 days before my stay. Everyday leading up to my trip i was unable to get into contact with anyone at the front desk, and general manager ( i called his GM line, and left an email) no response at all. I am very disappointed as this was one of the highest rated hotels in the area. Sad to see they have no empathy for their customers that are in an unfortunate situation, and would rather have them risk their lives driving through cities that are halfway submerged under water.

Beautiful property. The artwork,the chapel, the wine grotto, the waterfall all elevate the property to another level. We stayed for a week and most restaurants were closed except the steakhouse.
