Mojiko offers an intriguing destination for visitors. However, this property requires significant updating. The furnishings show considerable wear, with noticeable stains and odors on both the sofa and carpeting. The inadequate soundproofing of windows allows excessive street noise to penetrate the room. While the location may be convenient for exploring Mojiko, the accommodation's condition detracts from the overall stay experience.

値段相応。事前に入室暗証番号が送られて来ず、電話で問い合わせが必要だった。口コミにあったチェックインは事前に行なっていたためか不要だった。室内は広く、綺麗だったが防音はイマイチ。値段相応だが夜中も上の階の足音が響き渡っていた。電気のスイッチ位置が微妙で全て入り口付近にあった。付近の有料駐車場はゴールデンウィーク中のためか割高で2,000円近くした。周りがうるさい客ではなかったのでまだ大丈夫だったが、それ次第では酷い状況になり得ると思う。
