“The staff were warm and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, during my stay, the room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Instead of a proper comforter as advertised, only a thin blanket was provided, and the pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The water pressure was very weak, and the surroundings were extremely noisy, with drilling going on during my stay.
