This hotel was a great value! The beds were super comfortable, everyone was super nice, the only thing they could improve on is installing some quality curtains to keep the light out. We were awoken at 5 am by very bright light in the room. I'd definitely stay again though! We had a great time hiking to two different waterfalls! 🙌❤️

The property is very old and outdated. Our room was filthy! When we went to breakfast in the morning, all they had was coffee and prepackaged danish. Terrible experience! Avoid!

Property in general is rundown. First room they gave me was full of bugs. Told them and they did give me a new room but the guy at the desk seemed annoyed and no apology or anything. The new room was good. In general would not recommend but it was cheap and serviceable if no other options.

Overall run down and dirty, however no bed bugs and comfortable bed! I woke up in the middle of the night smelling pot with my kids sleeping. I would never stay there again

clean but a few overlooked things in the room.
Room was clean, the refrigerator had some ones food left in it ! Coffee pot in room did not work. Could not find the ice machine.

The two star rating online was accurate. We needed a clean place to sleep for the night. Clean and no bugs. The bathroom was clean but was run down. Same with the furniture, etc.

This hotel was recommended by a business associate and has to be the worst hotel experience ever for me. The repairs and maintenance look like they were done by a 2 year old, especially work done in the bathroom. They tried to cover up black mold by smearing silicon caulk over the tiles (see pics). The HVAC unit made a crackling sound periodically as though it was on fire. I had to turn it off during the night just so I could sleep. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, while the lighting is dark and depressing. The free breakfast consisted of prepackaged sausage croissants and muffins. That’s it. When I checked out early Expedia refused to refund the remainder of my stay, stating it’s against the property’s policy. Pay a little more and stay at another area property. AND DO NOT PREPAY THROUGH EXPEDIA. I wish I had read the reviews and not trusted my coworker. He won’t recommend it for future visitors and neither do I.

The only good thing about this property was the parking and that was because this place is a total disaster and should not be listed as a Quality Inn. The rooms were atrocious, we went through 3 of them before we found one that was even clean enough to sleep. Showers were moldy, sheets and Funiture were stained. We were supposed to stay on both directions during our trip but cancelled and stayed next door at Sleep Inn on the way back.

Bathroom had mold on the shower wall and bugs. Drain spout was disconnected, ceiling was sagging from water damage, towel bar was not secured, shower tile cracked and in need of repair, pool was out of commission and empty.

Shower had a few spots of mold in it. Air conditioner was not working as well as it should have. Ate breakfast at 6:45 and they were already out of milk, orange juice was sour, no fruit. TV was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly.

Hate to say it, but between us and my parents we had 3 rooms. Bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. I understand not being able to afford the remodel it so badly needs, but cleanliness is HUGE. We will never stay there again. Please hire people that clean correctly, if not for that, this would be a decent review. So gross, felt dirty being there.

They no longer had hot breakfast because of Covid. It took a long time it seemed to get hot water to shower. The toilet wasn’t working properly and overflowed. They didn’t have enough staff to clean so they only did that every other day
