Customer Service was horrible until, I dealt with manager she was great. I reserved 2 queen beds they gave me one and said they would give me a roller bed that never got brought to me. I stayed one night and checked out, room was disgusting

Not so good but friendly 😬
Rented this place for the stovetop and freg and microwave. Stovetop didn’t work and had to have it replaced while staying there. microwave was missing the glass turning plate.No light over stove , very dirty under bed. Bath/shower was dirty. I had to clean it before showering. We stayed because they were nice and tried to make it right . They seem to have a shortage of good help .

We had reserved two rooms, but was only able to get one. The cleaning staff had not cleaned all of the rooms that day. There was a large blood stain on the carpet in front of the TV and it smelled bad.

This is a dump I am not a ritzy traveler by any means I am very budget friendly motels all the way. This place is disgusting..it was a last minute thing we decided to stay an extra night in Tulsa and this was the only vacancy due to a venue in town. the first room was nasty no sheets on bed and the shower didn't work ok the parts were messing so of course it didn't work there is a drunk the kept knocking on doors. They changed us to a another room had to walk through over flowing trash cans to get to the other side and once there the shower there was nasty not been cleaned fuse panel missing cover bed had not sheets and there were not towels. after calling front desk they never answered going down there they werent there after midnight .. the carpet was so disgusting i wouldnt take my shoes off.my boots stuck to it when walking across it . We left and slept in the truck stop parking lot a few miles downs the road that is how nasty this was and to get a refund that is funny they can keep the money but i wouldn't stay here if it was the last place i wish i could upload pictures of all the nasty and disgusting conditions,
