Sink drain must have been clogged as the sink would feel up while brushing your teeth. Manager was very rude about setting the bags in the hall while waiting on the bell hop so my 3 yr old wouldn’t get woke up

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa
Staff great, food options were good casino and entertainment was good. Only down side was the room bed was horrible rock hard. Floor tiles in bathroom was missing grout and tiles popped up and moved when walking on them.

The staff was courteous. However having to walk a mile from the parking garage to hotel then up escalators to check in and vice versa gets old. The room is not that impressive could definitely be cleaned better, the bed is so very uncomfortable and no matter what the thermostat was set on the air ...

Friendly staff, clean room, great location. The only drawback was the air freshener used in the hallways; overpowering/floral scent. Luckily wasn't in the rooms.
