During your stay we definitely suggested for large groups, family or bach parties, to buy extra toiletries in the convenience store or supermarket nearby our complex. We can arrange for you extra toiletries & towels with an additional fee.
We kindly ask you to give the proper use to the linens, blankets and towels that we provide for your stay. Please don´t use them to remove makeup, clean your shoes, clean the kitchen or any area of the apartment. Also please don´t trash them. In case we cannot remove the stains with professional laundry service, it will be charged you through Airbnb platform to replace the item, as well as the additional laundry service.
The electricity bill runs super high in Tulum, so be mindful about shutting off A/C before you leave the place to go explore!
**We do not accept loudly music during the day or after 22:00hrs. It has a penalty for violation of the rules of 150 USD. **

Thanksgiving in Tulum
The neighborhood was nice, very quiet. Seemed safe, not many people walking around. There were a couple of convenient stores and restaurants a short walk away. As for the property itself, everything seemed nice and as described, the pool was very cold though but we still enjoyed it. The unit was nice but the towels that were provided were old and used, there was not much toilet paper and the toilets would not flush a lot of the time and you would have to open up the top and manually reset the float. Other than those few things we really enjoyed our time there and would likely stay again if we return to Tulum.

Really nice and comfortable property. Easy to communicate and fast responses with the property manager. Great location. Need a scooter or atv to get around but bicycle is also good. Would recommend

Wonderful place
I want to make sure everyone aware this is not a house it’s an apartment complex. The pictures are accurate of the downstairs areas wonderful view and scenery for pictures . I stayed in a 3 bedroom they had available. I gave them a 4 star solely because one of the 3 rooms the covers smelled dirty or used and a decorative pillow that was on the bed also showers did not seem 100% clean and by this I mean there seemed like traces of left over hair in the shower other than that the hostess was the best she was able to book us an at home Covid test before leaving Mexico as required by the us….. everything else was beautiful no problems at all the house other than that was very clean

Convenient, safe and well appointed apartment
Safe location that’s equally accessible to the beach and the town of Tulum. While it’s possible to walk to either, a bike is perfect so be sure to rent one. Jeanette, the property manager is always a text or phone call a way to help with a reservation, a taxi or to answer any questions.
