Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire Property, amenities and all common area facilities. These include a private Pool, laundry room equipped with washer/dryer as well as Security from 8:00pm - 6:00am.
We also include our LEO Services, Loco Experience Organizer, that will be able to facilitate & organize any and all concierge services or trip enhancements!

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous Villa is located just north of La Veleta and the Tulum Avenue. The neighborhood can be described as sparse and respectful with many trees and nature feel to it. Even though it is in a calm and safe area, we are located close to the main road and minutes away from the downtown main restaurants and attractions. In contrast with La Veleta, this neighborhood is easily traveled with a car or bicycle.
Getting Around:
There are multiple ways of getting around. The following are our recommendations considering the size of Tulum, streets layout, safety & fun factors.
ATVs - Ask us about renting!
- Fun & Safe way of travelling anywhere in the city, ideal for the bumpy roads of tulum
- Rental cost: ~$80.00 / day.
Car Rental
- Rental Cost: ~$80 - $200 (depending of model)
- Safest way to get around
- Not ideal for the roads of tulum or when in the Beach / Hotel Zone
Scooters
- Rental Cost: ~40$/day
- Fastest means of transportation
- Not the safest choice but still great
Taxis
- Easy option but costly over time
- Villa -> Beach zone | $25.00 approx for 3 person taxi
