During your stay we definitely suggested for large groups, family or bach parties, to buy extra toiletries in the convenience store or supermarket nearby our complex. We can arrange for you extra toiletries & towels with an additional fee.
We kindly ask you to give the proper use to the linens, blankets and towels that we provide for your stay. Please don´t use them to remove makeup, clean your shoes, clean the kitchen or any area of the apartment. Also please don´t trash them. In case we cannot remove the stains with professional laundry service, it will be charged you through Airbnb platform to replace the item, as well as the additional laundry service.
The electricity bill runs super high in Tulum, so be mindful about shutting off A/C before you leave the place to go explore!
**We do not accept loudly music during the day or after 22:00hrs. It has a penalty for violation of the rules of 150 USD. **
