双子海滩度假短租

“My cousin and I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was comfortable! The location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the lake. I enjoyed hiking on the nearby lakeside trail. There are great restaurants nearby. The owners were friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!”

“It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.”

“The location was close by to the activities we had planned & had free bike rentals which was nice. The host was communicative and responded promptly. They seem very nice and willing to help. I believe this was unusual based on other reviews, but the place was not cleaned well. I do not blame the hosts but rather the cleaners, however it is still disappointing when paying premium holiday prices (4th of July) as well as a cleaning fee. We still enjoyed our stay overall and love Coeur D’Alene!”

“A great vacation spot! So easy to walk to all the downtown spots. Stephen was great with communication from the very beginning and help accommodate our changes we had with our trip. Highly recommend!”

“It had everything and it was decorated nicely. It was in a good location. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful city!! We had a fun time downtown at Octoberfest and the restaurants were great!1 I would stay here again.”

“Nothing at all”

“Very clean and charming. Easy access to lake, resort, downtown and other key attractions. Thank you!”

“Very accommodating and easy check in and check out. Made for a stress free vacation.”

“The property was perfect. We were able to barbecue dinner our first night, prepare meals in the house and rest and relax. It allowed us to have a very good family trip without being in separate hotel rooms and eating out for every meal. The house was unique and fun to stay in. The only minor issue was that the queen bed and pillows were very firm, so if we were to stay again, we may bring our own pillows, but it was really a great place to stay.”

“I am not one for doing poor reviews but I have to let others know about this location. It was listed as a VRBO which I understand but really the home was not set up like a VRBO. It was like the people just emptied their fridge and went on a holiday. First thing that happened was the communication with the host was terrible. We had no idea what the door code was?? I sent emails and left messages w/ no reply. Had we not checked the actual door to find it was unlocked we never would have known……

“3 mins from downtown CDA!Hostess very responsive and accommodating !Cute spacious remodeled home !Would stay again !”

“Amazing older house, great for a large group of 8 people. Owners gave great communication in a prompt timeframe on some questions we had. Very walkable to downtown(about 10min walk to the lake/downtown). Home has all you need to cook and eat or make some great coffee, plenty of room and a very nice ambiance. I would stay there again on my next trip to CDA. We only had a few issues: -Upstairs shower had a very slow drain and the downstairs shower doesn't have great pressure. -The hot tub……

“Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean, easy..”

“Bed was great. Unit was freshly remodeled. Great appliances. Bathroom was attractive. AC was great. Location was perfect to town.Front poarch is for hot tub users only. No hang out appeal. Unit was noisy with some sort of motor or vibrating sound but it seemed to stop at night so sleep was not effective.”

“Great property in CDA! Beautiful house only a mile to the lake and trails in Tubbs Hill Park. We came for Silverwood which is an easy drive away. Very easy communication with Morgan who answered all our questions and helped us find a lost diamond earring! Highest recommendation for both the host and the property!”

“The property was very clean. There is plenty of room and it is arranged for the best stay.”

“This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family”
