Magical week @ Oceanfront Oasis! Fun days on the beach spotting Dolphins, pelicans and even met a real mermaid! Condo super nice comfortable Beds! Plenty of space for our family. The garage and back door to the beach was a bonus. Restaurant and bar on site was a nice convenience.

Perfect Stay!
Beautiful townhouse! Incredibly clean and great communication with the owner. Steps from the beach and the view is gorgeous. It's located at the beginning of the island, so the main restaurants are ~4 minute drive or 30 min walk but we did not mind at all. *Bring your own beach towels!

Family vacation
We so enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. It was very quiet and convenient to restaurants and the IGA grocery store. The view was spectacular with beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed tour of the island from Jack, a history Professor of Tybee Tour Company. She was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We did have to call Luxury Living Savannah regarding the upstairs air conditioning but they were very attentive and willing to send someone out. Also, the coffee maker did not work properly. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay at this property, it was clean, larger than I anticipated, and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The views and accessibility to the beach were amazing. They even have a hose in the back to wash your feet. We’ve never been to Tybee before, and I’m glad we stayed here to enjoy it. We could walk to the ocean and things like a dolphin tour, lighthouse, and Savannah were all a close drive. The pool and restaurant (The Deck) were a plus, too! Thanks again!

Great visit to Tybee
The condo we rented was very nice, recently renovated. Was very comfortable and a great location with private access to the beach. Would definitely rent again but since the renovations were made after we rented before our visit the price has gone way up and we won’t be able to afford the new price. If you can afford it you will enjoy it.

Girls trip long over due.
Suzanne was wonderful to work with. We had originally scheduled our trip early in the year but hurricane season required us to change dates. With Suzanne’s assistance we were able to rent the same condo but now completely renovated. We were not disappointed. Beds were all very comfortable and the bedding was more upscale than most vrbo put in. Condo offered everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest Is to replace the patio chairs on main living area deck as fabric is very thin and finish on arms of chairs is wearing off. Dishes etc were all of nice quality. We would stay here again.

Great townhouse location and view of Tybee Beach.
The home was a great stay. Plenty of space in the house for your family. We watched the Sunrise each morning; great views from both decks. Accessing the property and the communication was great. They even had a book of all the questions we could think of and recommendations of the area. Kitchen had everything we needed, also had a gas and charcoal grill. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked a few blankets and extra towels for use, we had to wash for our 5 night stay. This house had stairs so my older mom stayed on the main level but she had to walk up from the garage. Wifi, TV and streaming services. Great garage for parking but tight, we had a mini van and it was tight. Overall we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Great beachfront property
Nice property. Close to beach. Beautiful sunrise visible from the top deck, but the main level is blocked by the dunes. Fairly well equipped kitchen, needs sharper knives. Instructions for the TV and remotes needed. Guests should beware of parking fees and fines on island. The signs are hard to see. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Great condo close to the beach!
We had a great stay! The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. It had everything we needed including a few beach items we forgot at home. The best part was the view from the master bedroom and how close we were to the beach.

Disappointing
The property location on the water is the main plus. The furniture in the unit is shiny with old grime. The rugs are stained and filthy. The house took two days to air out from heavy chemical smells from cleaning. Management was good. Very helpful with late entry after no code had been sent. Won’t return.

I feel this review is spiteful because I gave him a bad review. He left 2 large bags of trash on the kitchen floor and extensive trash around the kitchen countertops and on bedroom floor. He and his guests had to have walked by the out door trash bins a doze times during the weeklong stay. As for "not receiving" check in information. This is not true, it was emailed upon reserving from our automated software. I have evidence he DID receive it because he returned the Guest Contract required. He also locked himself out of the unit and I drove 30 minutes, each way to take an extra key to get them back in the unit. I was happy to do it, as these things happen. My point being that he did not mention any dissatisfaction at that meeting. The furniture is NOT grimy. Our housekeepers work incredibly hard to keep our units spotless as mentioned in countless reviews. They had to work extra time to take care of all the trash that was left in the unit, as well as the dishes not having been washed. Both are things asked for in the Guest Manual. You are correct that the stair tread carpet is stained and we are having it removed and replaced in January during our off season. The rugs in other parts of the home are fine and clean. It is disheartening to get spiteful reviews when a guest leaves our property in bad condition and they do not take responsibility for it.

Fantastic view! Excellent location!! Would definitely stay again! This place was awesome from top to bottom. It was so clean and tidy and even the utensil drawers were organized beautifully. We have a small family, only three of us in this big three-bedroom townhouse, but it was perfect for us! The deck is a restaurant located on the opposite side of the pool located in walking distance from the condo and it is absolutely wonderful. We went into Savannah for a river cruise a ghost tour and dinner on one night and it was awesome as well. It’s close enough to not be a hassle of a drive but far enough that you’re away from the hubbub of the city. We had the best time the , best food, met the nicest people , we will definitely be staying here again. The beds were super comfortable the temperature in the house was perfect it was just wonderful.

More pros than cons.
Overall, we enjoyed this townhouse. We were disappointed that the main floor balcony had an obstructed view to the beach. Palm trees/greenery area totally blocked view. Also, gas grill did not work, so hassle going back to the store for charcoal. Bathroom on main floor wasn’t user friendly. No place to sit toiletries and no hooks to hang towels, etc. A couple of changes would make this a great vacation rental.

Perfect Family Vacation
The booking and checkin processes were a breeze. We received checkin instructions right after we made our final payment. The condo was beautifully remodeled and had perfect oceanfront views. The complex was quiet and mostly filled with other families. The garage was very large and convenient for leaving sandy chairs and sand toys. We only used the pool a few times, but loved the easy access to the beach! It’s literally right out the back door. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The in-suite washer and dryer made for an easy way to keep our towels and clothes clean all week! We would most definitely rent here again!

Great Location on the North end of Tybee!
Beautiful Condo that is beachfront. It is very exclusive with secluded parking and a wonderful garage. We love the north end of Tybee. Very quiet and the beach is less crowded. This unit was very well stocked and everything was in wonderful condition. The unit is three stories with the garage, so get ready for stairs. Yet, those stairs give you a beautiful view from the 3rd floor Master bedroom balcony.

Perfect beach get-away!
This was our first visit to Tybee Island. We were looking for a family-friendly beach with an oceanfront rental. The property was just as described in the listing. The views were spectacular, and the distance to the beach could not be beat! The property manager, Ellie, was quick to respond to our questions. Outstanding Anniversary/ Valentines weekend
Awesome home, great location...like having the beach in your back yard. Home even better then pictures, clean, spacious and beautiful views .We definitely enjoyed our stay and are looking at a time to come back in the spring/ summer so can enjoy more time on the beach. This is a 3 story townhome, need to be able to go up several fights of stairs (depending on which bedroom you choose). Trust me this place is worth it😜

Lovely property steps from the beach
The location of this stay cannot be beat! The property was beautifully kept up and clean and the two balconies were a real treat. We stayed in December and didn't spend a ton of time on the balconies, but when we did on sunny days we were a bit disappointed that the air conditioning units are directly below and the sound of them drowns out the sound of the waves. The view is wonderful, especially from the master bedroom, just don't expect to listen to the sound of the waves from here. That said, the beach is only steps away and we highly recommend the property otherwise.

This is a great ocean front property - however, we were really excited about the hot-tub & pool, however, there is no hot-tub, and both pools are very small, filled with kids and not heated.

We are sorry that you thought that we have a hot-tub. We do not have it and we do not advertise. Our pool is not heated during during hot days (when you stayed we had 80 degrees outside).

BEWARE: Charged for ridiculous claims
Pros: location is good, easy walk to beach. Bedding was comfortable. Nothing spectacular. Cons: The property is nice, it could be cleaned better. There was food left under furniture (Oreos and chips) That were there from prior guests. There was a discoloration on the living room armoire where the remote control sits. I didn’t think much of it... but after checking out they charged my card $300 for damage we didn’t cause. It was absolutely disrespectful. We stayed for two night and I was going to rebook for our November 4 night getaway, but they just lost a customer. BEWARE they will charge you for ridiculous claims. The pool code provided is incorrect, I didn’t have to call property management, they were responsive but just a little inconvenience. Garage is a tight squeeze even for my midsize Audi suv but doable. There are several beachfront properties in the area that are just as nice. If I were I wouldn’t take my chances. Look elsewhere please.

It is always difficult to deal with reservations involving property damage. In this situation the guest damaged two of our TV armoires in two of the bedrooms. While we are sure the damage was not intentional, there was significant damage done to the furniture. They had small children and we understand accidents happen. Most of the time when guests cause damage, they bring it to our attention and accept financial responsibility. This guest did not. As a result, the guest retaliated with a bad review. This is not fair nor is it reflective of the quality of our property. We only hope that other guests reading their review will realize this is the case and read the many other 5 star reviews we have received.

Good location, with-in walking distance to several eateries & shopping, really nice to be able to walk out the back door to the beach & a short drive to Savanna. It was disappointing that you can't hear the ocean due to everyone's A/C units sitting next to the balconies & running most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. This was a "girls trip" for the 3 of us and it was nice to have a bedroom for each of us with plenty of space. Views were great and the area around the condo was quiet. Easy in and out to the main road. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and great location
The condo was very beautiful and well kept. We loved the location on the beach and the Beachside Colony Resort. The pools were very nice for our younger children and The Deck restaurant was very convenient and had a great staff and food. This location is perfect if you want a beach vacation and to also visit Savannah. We went into Savannah a couple times and it was very easy to get back and forth.
