The room was very small and had no place to store our “stuff.” Only one suitcase stand was offered. We had to lay our bag out on the floor.
The staff was always cheerful and accommodating.

This place was amazing!! I cannot wait to stay at Pali Santa Barbara. VIP or upgrade wasnt needed, the hotel was awesome in itself.
