Norwich City Center3 nights4.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (1,000 reviews)"Feel really bad about leaving a less than favourable review, but for the money we paid, well over £200 for one night, we expected a little better. Car parking to the rear of the hotel....not free. Professional and polite receptionist was very helpful. So, our room. I booked what was apparently an executive room. Well, stains all over the carpet, holes in the carpet under the desk. No hairdryer. Towel rail did not heat up...bathroom was cold unless we left the door open to main room. Hairs in..."Reviewed November 1, 2026Roundtrip • Houston (IAH) - Norwich (NWI)IAH - NWI • 1 stop NWI - IAH • 1 stop$2,006$1,908found 7 hours agoper traveler - Relaxing Retreat Near Norfolk Broads

"We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly."
