Had a pleasant 4 nights stay at komaneka Bisma. Good location and great service. The SPA treatment was excellent on the backdrop of a flowing river. We booked the family suite which was spacious.

The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga.

Best Hotel in Bali

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the included breakfast with tons of options. The views of the jungle and rice terraces were stunning! There is a free shuttle to take guests to Ubud sites. Also, the staff is wonderful and room service is quick. Every staff member knows your name and are beyond helpful. We booked an 8 hour excursion through the hotel and our driver was an English speaker and shared everything about the area, local living and traditions. In addition, the pool is gorgeous and inner tubes are provided. This is our favorite hotel in Bali!

Outstanding service and location.

Outstanding hotel in one of the most beautiful settings we have seen. Near downtown Ubud, but just outside busy commercial areas; unbelievably quiet. The staff was exceptional, with Prima taking care of us like a mother hen. Very large facilities with extensive personal bodily care options and facilities. Will go back there!

This is a gorgeous place - great food, great staff who are so kind with top notch hospitality! I have a lot of food allergies and they remembered every single one throughout every meal. Rooms are comfortable and a great size. Very walkable to all the main attractions in Ubud. Hope to return soon!

The most fantastic hotel. A jungle oasis peaceful tetreat within 10 minutes of busy Ubud, shuttle provided. Personalised service by lovely staff who know your name. Lovely breakfast, pool, rooms. Wow - staying at the Bisma Komaneka exceeded our expectations. The staff are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Its location is perfect; within easy walking distance of Ubud’s centre but backing onto jungle so there’s zero noise. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had a large balcony with jungle views. We also highly recommend the free early morning yoga class before a delicious breakfast.

Best views in the world

Komaneka at Bisma was the perfect hotel for our stay in Ubud. Tucked away off the main road for seclusion but very close to all the restaurants and shops. Our room was just amazing and we had the best view that we have ever had from any hotel room in the world. The hotel views and surroundings were just mind blowing. Breakfast was superb. The staff were so attentive and super nice. We just had the best time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Komaneka at Bisma is a wonderful property in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Yet, you would not know Ubud was so busy when tucked away in this hotel. It sits in the back drop off the rain forest providing a pleasingly tranquil setting. The staff and service are exceptional, attentive to your every need. The restaurant also has delicious food. On my last day at the hotel, the staff personalized my cappuccino - a testament to their wonderful service; and a sweet gesture which made my stay extra special.

I have been a fan of Komaneka hotels since my previous stay at Komaneka at monkey forest. This was our first stay at Komaneka at Bisma and it was just as wonderful as we had hoped. The room (Bisma Suite) is spacious and convenient, with a balcony overlooking the valley. It is clean and private. Breakfast served in the open-air restaurant was delicious with seasonal fruits, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal with a good cup of coffee. And the most notable thing about the Comaneca Hotel is the wonderful staff. They always look out for their guests and their greetings and smiles made our stay very pleasant. We will return to komeneka again.
