"This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Clean room: The room was spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt relaxing and clean throughout our stay. Staff: The staff were one of the highlights. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. Airport shuttle: The airport transfer process was convenient and well-organized, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s definitely a big plus, especially after a long flight. Family-friendly: The property felt very welcoming for families. The atmosphere was safe, relaxed, and accommodating, making it a great option for those traveling with children. What we liked: The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service and cleanliness really made a difference.
