Great place to stay.
The staff were wonderful very helpful and sweet. They worked with the bar below to get them to turn down the music so we could sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. Very close to all sorts of restaurants and shops and of course the beach.

This place is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. They gave us a 15% off coupon for the restaurant right next door which turned out to be a delicious seafood joint. The bed was a little hard. The hotel faces a roundabout and is near some bars so if you're a light sleeper, try booking elsewhere. I only have one complaint and that was while were eating breakfast, a woman who worked there was refilling some of the food at breakfast and used her hand (without gloves) to move some of the food over. Not sanitary.

Great for price
Hotel was small but clean and the only complaint about the room was that the AC did not work well and was just not in my room but our friends rooms also. The receptionist knew English :) breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, yogurt, apples, cheese, croissants and coffee. Was about a 8 min walk to the beach.

Nice Hotel in center of Lignano
The Hotel is close to the beach. The parking is not so convenient because is far from the hotel and not secured (guarded or fenced). It is just a place where you leave your car but can be accessed by everybody and entrance is open (no barrier). No personal who can speak English or German, they speak only Italian but a good one ;-). Hotel is clean, the breakfast was not the richest but good enough to start your morning.

Dass es ist auch mal etwas lauter zu und her gehen kann, ist nichts besonders für ein Hotel im Zentrum. Das werden Sie wohl in jeder größeren Stadt weltweit so vorfinden. In jeden fall alle unsere Zimmer sind schallisoliert.Um keine externen Geräusche zu hören, Alle Fenster müssen geschlossen sein. Wir hoffen Sie dennoch schon bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, um Sie von unserer Servicequalität zu überzeugen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Vicino al campo gara
Ottimo posizione per la gara di triathlon, camere molto semplici ma pulite, buona colazione. Le camere con affaccio sulla strada un po’ rumorose per la presenza del bar al piano sottostante

Falsche Auswertung bzw. Anzeige bei Bestellung.
Alles war gut, nur das angenommene Doppelbett + Zustellbett stellte sich als Doppelbett mit Kind in der Mitte Option heraus. Welches durch eine Aufzahlung behoben werden konnte. Somit wieder alles gut aber zu höheren Kosten. Zur Verteidigung ist zu sagen das auf der Buchung nur ein Doppelbett angeführt war. Wobei bei der suche das so aber nicht zu sehen war. Dennoch war alles OK und ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Hübsches Hotel zentral gelegen
Das Hotel war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch wurde leider nicht gesprochen, was uns doch sehr überrascht hat. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber, wurde auch jeden Morgen gewischt. Der Schrank war jetzt nicht unbedingt auf 2 Personen ausgelegt obwohl es ein Doppelzimmer war. Es war ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Klimaanlage und Safe vorhanden. Das Bad wurde neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll gefliest. Föhn war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Duschkopfhalterung war leider gebrochen, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Das Meer ist wirklich nur 50m vom Hotel entfernt und ein toller privatstrandabschnitt mit Schirm Liege und Liegestuhl war dort gratis mit dabei. Das größere Manko war die Lautstärke im unteren Teil des Hotels befindet sich eine Bar welche relativ laute Musik spielte und auch ziemlich lange geöffnet hatte, Frühstück war hervorragend! Sehr große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei und es wurde auch sehr aufmerksam immer wieder aufgefüllt. Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufwnthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel ohne Ausblick, ohne Pool, ohne Fahrräder....
Zimmer zu klein mit einem Ausblick auf eine dreckige Wand! Beim Frühstück schaut eine alte Dame immer auf die Finger, ob man Tomate nicht über Käse verschiebt..richtet sofort alles zurecht....rennt immer hin und her wie eine Furie, dass einem Appetit vergeht!

da tornarci sicuramente!!!
ho soggiornato 2 notti con due amiche e un bambino di 5 anni. camera confortevole e pulita anche se un po' piccola per 4 persone. non è stato comunque un problema visto che si rientrava solamente per dormire. camera abbastanza silenziosa. posizione centralissima a due passi dal mare. personale cordiale alla reception e anche ai piani. un punto particolare alla colazione, voto 10 e lode ...abbondante, dolce, salato di tutti i tipi. caffe squisito succhi di frutta di vario genere ..top. parcheggio comodo anche se a 5 minuti a piedi dall'albergo. albero convenzionato con ristorante a due passi , Nerone, che consiglio vivamente!!

Secondo le aspettative.
Tutto secondo le aspettative, personale cordiale, stanze pulite, ottima prima colazione dolce salato. Unica nota negativa(ma non da imputare all'Hotel) il fatto che al piano terra c'è un locale molto frequentato fino a tarda ora, quindi , non lo consiglierei a chi pensa di andarsene a dormire presto soggiornandovi durante la stagione estiva, soprattutto nei fine settimana. Forse le camere che danno sul lato interno sono più protette dai rumori della movida Lignanese.

Ho soggiornato nell'albergo nel periodo di dicembre per una mini-vacanza con la mia fidanzata. L'hotel si trova in una zona (pineta) comoda e ben servita, d'estate anche piena di vita. Le camere sono piccole ma accoglienti, purtroppo prive di servizi (niente frigobar, televisore microscopico). La pulizia è a livelli più che soddisfacenti. Il vero neo è stato il poco "calore umano" percepito appena entrati che, per quanto mi riguarda, spesso fa la differenza (facendomi anche passar sopra a "difetti" ben più clamorosi)... solitamente ci si aspetta un sorriso, un "buongiorno, tutto bene?" al mattino... niente di tutto ciò.

Das einzige was super war,das hotel ist zentral!
Zimmer furchtbar,kein kühlschrank das was die balkon bezeichnen ist eher eine nische!passt grad ein sessel rein!ich würde nicht mehr hinfahren!der chef sagte mir das ein 3 sterne hotel kein kühlschrank hat aber ich war in einige 3 sterne hotels in lignano und überall war kühlschrank drinn und er sagte mir die nische ist ein balkon!hm

Bis auf das Wetter hat alles gepasst. Das Hotel ist ok, die Einkaufstrasse vor der Türe und auch gratis parken war mit drin. Ebenso wie das kostenfreie WLAN im ganzen Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt: nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, inmitten der Fussgängerzone von Pineta, wo man Spielhallen, Shops und diverse Bars und Restaurants findet. Trotz Jubeltrubel rundherum konnte man in unserem Zimmer davon nichts hören - wie es in den Zimmern zur Strasse her ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Hotel ist klein, besteht praktisch aus Rezeption, Speisesaal und Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sauber - einzig im Bad herrschte ein etwas unangenähmer Geruch, den man aber aus Unterdruck wetterbedingt kennt. Am dritten Tag war dieser wieder nahezu verschwunden. Zimmer sind klein dafür sauber. Wireless kann im Zimmer nicht empfangen werden, im Zimmer heisst es nur im Aufenthaltsraum... Wir haben es bis zum dritten Tag nicht geschafft (und ich komme ganz gut mit der Technik zu recht). Beim Frühstück findet man alles, das Buffet ist aber nicht riesig, doch absolut ausreichend. Der nahegelegene Parkplatz ist kostenlos, gleich am Meer - absolut praktisch. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage, längeren Urlaub würde ich aber dort nicht machen, da alles einfach zu klein ist.

Das Hotel liegt knapp 150 meter von einem sehr guten Strand entfernt und knapp 100 meter vom Standzentrum. Das Hotel ist klein aber in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Täglich wurde das Zimmer lobenswert gereiningt. Im Preis sind Strandliegen, Parkplatz & Klimaanlage inbegriffen.

Un piacevole soggiorno estivo.
Ottima posizione in zona centrale Lignano Pineta, limitrofo alla spiaggia ed alle fermate bus. L'hotel si presenta in ottimo stato, le camere sono confortevoli, manca il frigobar in camera, il personale gentile e disponibile. L'hotel è vicino a molti locali per una eventuale vita notturna, ahimè il rovescio della medaglia è il suono della musica fino a notte tarda. Consigliato per coppie giovani.
