"The transport facility to the women Gates is a life line. It was always on time and only for women. House keeping and laundry did a great job too. "I stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel during my visit to Madinah, and it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Nabawi, but they conveniently offer a free shuttle service to and from the Haram, which makes getting there much easier, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need — air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a kettle. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were very kind, respectful, and always willing to help.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day before heading out.
The check-in process was smooth, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly, ideal for pilgrims seeking comfort at a reasonable price.
