Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

The staff is beyond amazing!! We arrived in the middle of an ice storm, canceled and rerouted flights- total nightmare. The hotel staff got us from the wrong, rerouted airport to them. And dont forget to say Hello to Whiskey, the resident dog!
