From here, step outside to the alfresco space, where a dining table and BBQ await for enjoyable outdoor meals. A separate toilet and laundry room and Wi-Fi throughout adds to the convenience of this level. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, with one offering direct access to a balcony that boasts ocean views. The balcony is an inviting spot to start your day with a coffee or unwind in the evening.
