Unna District Vacations & Trips from $1,551

The fit and finish furnishings decor were all outstanding, location on the river just added to the experience

This historic property was as spectacular to see as it was an impressive and comfortable stay. The staff was very professional and courteous. Conveniently located steps from train station and Cologne Cathedral. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I’ve left a 1 star review on Expedia, the whole hotel did not have any staff on call when we arrived, the machine didn’t even ask for ID. The room we were allocated smelt like sewage and the room was so decadent we were afraid there could be a bed bug infestation. Worse yet, we had to get another hotel for the night, which luckily we did, had Expedia call them the next day and they were told, sorry there is no staff which can sort this issue until Monday (evidence of no staff being on call), then when Expedia called them again on Monday, they said they only receive issues via email and takes up to 48 hours to be reviewed by them. I can’t believe the experience
