"Wir waren als Paar zum 4. Mal dort und es ist immer wieder eine Überraschung, wo man Nächtigt. Dieses mal war das Zimmer Top! Das Bad war jedoch für Zwerge gedacht und nicht für Männer, jenseits der 100 kilo Klasse! 😂 Was in der Dusche runter fällt, ist für immer verschwunden!😂 Das Waschbecken, mit Ausmaß, von 25cm² ist eine Herausforderung beim Zähne Putzen! "Vine a Heidelberg por la graduación de mi hija y me alojé por 4 dias en el hotel. Desde el primer momento, fui recibida con mucha cordialidad y gentileza. Tuvimos el apoyo de Ivonne, en la recepción, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Al día siguiente, el día de la graduación, no había previsto hacer una reunión para celebrar, pero recibimos la vista de varios amigos y, el hotel, a pesar de que estaba reservada para una fiesta privada, nos permitió quedarnos en la hermosa terraza junto al río para brindar por el logro de mi hija. Nos atendió Anastassia, quien nos sorprendió por hablar perfecto español y nos brindó el mejor el servicio posible. La cena fue increíble. Me sentí como en casa, con confianza y relajada. El hotel me encantó!!"

"The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location for bus / tram stops. 2 stops away from Bismarkplatz and 5 away from the castle. Parking was €20 per day but the Premier Inn don't have many spaces so it is first come first served. No draught beer available in the bar but prices reasonable for a city and the 50% off Happy Hour between 5 and 7pm is great! One member of staff in particular was very helpful and friendly - Poala (hope I have spelled in correctly!). Breakfast was €17.90 per person with kids eating free but you had to be quick to get the bacon as it soon disappeared when there are 100+ guests and a tray of bacon had about 12 rashers!"

"Lovely hotel, the staff were polite and friendly, the premium room spacious (even with an extra bed in for our kid), we also appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods. I forgot my hair brush but requested one via the hotel web service and it cwas delivered to our room within 15 mins. The location is convenient just a 10 min walk from the station/Flixbus stop and about 15 mins to the start of the old town. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. Heidelberg itself was also lovely, well worth the visit for a long weekend!"

"Was a really nice apartment hotel about 10-15 mins walk from the railway station. We didn’t walk to the old town because of the heat (29 C) but the tram was convenient enough and the 717 bus outside took us to Schweizingen which was well worth the visit. Would have given a 10/10 but for the a/c being out of operation in the whole hotel for the 3 nights we were there and our room was very hot and uncomfortable with just a small window opening in full sun. It was disappointing the the fault wasn’t fixed the same day though we did see some fans being issued as we were leaving."

"After considering a few well rated modern hotel chains I decided to plump for this wonderful period hotel located besides the wonderful Mannheim water tower The prices for a solo traveller were incredibly reasonable, staff were great and really nothing to fault. There’s something about a historic property that newer places can’t emulate."
