I only stayed at this hotel for one night, the staff was friendly and the location was great in downtown Philly. I did valet parking for my car but there are two parking lots very close by. The rooms are small, but we managed ok.

This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system.
