The rooms are quite small which isn’t a huge issue as we weren’t in them much more than to sleep however photos don’t show this. Breakfast was quite low past 9am on the Sunday but much better restocked on the Monday we stayed. The amenities in the room are good and the mini bar is well stocked with reasonable prices mainly around 2.5€ for most items. We didn’t have housekeeping for our stay as they knocked around 9am on the Sunday but we were..."Reviewed November 3, 2026Roundtrip • Boston (BOS) - Budapest (BUD)BOS - BUD • 1 stop BUD - BOS • 1 stop$1,942$1,521found 1 day agoper traveler - Apartments Kozmo Residences Budapest

"Friendly staff, really nice place"
"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The...
"Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."
"Generally good across the board - restaurant operations can be improved. 1. At breakfast the hot food did not stay hot for long - clients often did not close lids but service staff ignored that fact - easy fix. 2. On 2 occasions we could not get dinner because a large group overwhelmed the kitchen - information in this regard should have been posted near the bar early in the day so that other guests could have planned to have dinner out."
"Clean with a great location just outside Castle walls, short walk to a transport hub."
