"This property was filthy outside and inside the room. We didn't even unload our belongings. We checked the room out and it was old, smelly, bed looked like someone had slept on it, front office did not help at all. We could not cancel either through Expedia. We left to a hotel down the street. Worse place ever!"

"This little cabin was a perfect spot to relax and spend time with family. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything from games to deer corn (my daughter absolutely loved seeing the deer)! Watching the sun come up from the back porch was amazing. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for some peace and quiet! "

"The house was clean and in good order. The houses are more like cabins in nature versus what one would find in connection with a weekend VRBO. The kitchen was equipped. There is no washer or dryer on property. The bedrooms were clean and spacious in both houses. The fire pit, children’s play equipment and grill area were a great bonus. River entry is good for younger families or those who have no difficulty with three levels of steps. The host’s instructions were clear and concise. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. The stars at night were beautiful. The mornings were crisp, cool, and the river so very clear. We enjoyed our stay! "

"One of the best inexpensive hotels I have stayed. Very clean and smells good, with a refrigerator and microwave. It is about 40 minutes to Garner state park and Lost Maple park. Next time I will definitely stay here again. "

" The kitchen was fuilly equiped with everything I needed to cook. The ac work very well, and the inside of the cabin was clean. It was very peaceful, just what i wanted. I am sure it gets busy in the summer time, but i chose the right time to make this trip. There was a fire ring outside the cabin as well as a a BQQ grill. The frio river is just a few feet away which was really great. Be sure to bring your own bed sheets, linens, and pillows."
