“We always stay here when we go to the frio river. It's close to stores yet far enough that it's quiet at night. Love this place. Recommend to everyone. Love the remodel.”

“At check in we were told that there was no room for us. The reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned that day. After review they were able to find a room. Not sure if it had actually been cleaned or just straightened up. The person behind was was turned away because their room was not cleaned We did not get the room we booked with the number of beds requested but at least there was a room.”

“Clean and plenty of parking”

“The room was relatively clean, the breakfast was terrible and the bed and pillows were horrible. Will not stay there again.”

“The room was musky and dirty. The air conditioning unit was off so it took a while for the room to get to a relatively comfortable condition. The shower walls had dirty hand marks on them. The towels were yellowish instead of white. Just a poor experience, will never stay there again.”

“This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding.”

“Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..”
