“The room was great and clean and new. However, the towels were stained and the outside of the property is in very poor shape. If you’re in the middle of a remodel perhaps letting people know this?”

“Rooms were fresh and clean, The staff was great very helpful.”

“The room was terribly filthy. We couldn't stay but one night of the 3 we had booked. The property looks more like a homeless take over, than a motel. The staff didn't want to refund us for the other 2 nights we didn't spend there. Expedia agents tried to help but they couldn't solve the problem neither for us nor for our daughter and her husband whom had another room in the same place. I really need to press for a refund. We were charged $231 per night, which is overpriced in those conditions”
